I believe many people are learning to more acutely sense truth vs lies, and that’s what we call The Great Awakening.
The human body is like an antenna that can both emit and pick up frequencies. We were literally designed this way. The problem is that we’re so bombarded with chaotic frequencies, and we’ve also never been taught how to properly use and develop this skill. But I think many are starting to tap into it accidentally as they awaken their desire for greater discernment.
Everything has its own unique frequency, like a fingerprint. And the vibration of truth is very different from the vibration of lies. If we could learn to differentiate the frequencies, we would automatically know when someone is lying.
I like to test this in myself from time to time. Instead of using my “critical thinking” and analyzing things through my conscious mind, which is the only way we’ve been taught to use our brain, I will relax my consciousness and instead focus on the way I feel when I hear something. It may seem woo-woo, but you might surprise yourself with how much you can actually pick up when you do it this way.
The video below is a great exercise for this if you want to try. Whether you believe in UFOs or any of that, allow yourself to feel into what she’s saying. Set aside your preconceived notions on the topic and just focus on the sound of her voice more than the words she’s saying.
Pretend she’s speaking a foreign language that you don’t speak, and listen for her tone and inflections.
