Kate, you are right to prioritize your son, and then the rest will come as it finds its way out of your mind and life. Your strength is your humility, and self awareness. I am sorry you have had this rough spell and what happened to you is not easily forgiven. We who have seen some of what happened all empathize, and it has certainly made me adjust a lot of my opinions of others based upon what I can imagine happened to you. In the end, you’re the one who will have experienced the growth through the pain, and will come out the better for it. Keep on truckin’…we are here for you! ❤️

I have come to believe on my spiritual journey that a part of our greater soul has contracted to take on these human bodies for the experience, and somehow knew what we would encounter, learn from and deal with each time we incarnate. This oversimplification, perhaps, has been lifesaving for me, having previously lived in depression for the first half of my life here. I found I have the strength and also the curiosity to persevere through the low points and pick myself up. Sharing in the hope of your thoughtful consideration when you are down. Hugs 🤗

Beautifully written and I agree with what you said about the mind body and spirit. It seems like a lot are going through it, I know I have been but like you, I feel like when I get through it, I'll be able to help others in some way too. Keep doing what you're doing!
I highly recommend a good women's Bible Study group. Bible Study Fellowship is nationwide (worldwide, actually) and they are studying Revelation this year! I did that study a few years ago and it was awesome, in the true sense of the word! I believe they have online study, as well as in person groups in most every city. Check it out. Me too. She talks about how she doesn’t feel she has the life force to go on - when Jesus whole ministry is about recreating spirits! That’s what He does! She tries to do all that in her own strength and it’s not possible. I did Bible study fellowship for years many years ago and it caught my interest when you said you think they have online available now. I plan to look into that ! It’s the type study you can do again.
Also want to mention BSF groups have child care for the little ones while moms are in their lectures and discussion groups (at least they did when I was active a few yrs ago)
Great post from the heart Kate. That's why so many love you, you tell it like you feel it. Your main concern is placed right where it needs to be your child. Things are getting crazy and heading for schitzophrenic. When we stay calm and aligned with our I AM we weather the storm and come out the other side un harmed... hint, it's the Full Armor of God... Things are heading to an election that is going to expose a lot of the illegal that has been conducted in the name of We The People without the Authority from We The People. Call me crazy but it sounds like a lot of fun... Just stay calm and centered... Peace...
I always remember what the flight attendants say… Put on your oxygen mask first and then attend to others. Of course, your son is your first priority! That in itself speaks volumes!
I am sure that most of us will still be around when you’re ready to soar, again! Keep the faith, and take care of you! B-land Will never be the same. When you were shown the door a special element, I foundational element, left a certain emptiness! But I do believe, you have something more to offer, when you are ready!
