As always you have penned a lot of the thoughts we all have in our minds. I have been in some dark places in the last few years. Living with negativity all around me. I to need to focus on what I can do to make life purposeful.

Thank you Kate for pushing forward and not giving up on sharing your thoughts with others.

I’m also a reader and so are my 5 sisters, my daughter and nieces. We were lucky when we were kids because my father was a big shot at a printing company that made paperback books. He brought home a copy of every book 📚 and sometimes some hard covers he could swipe from some Publisher friends in NYC. I’m a 63 year old that has gotten to a point in my life where I worry a lot about everything!! I love listening to your shows, something about you is very soothing to me 😬. I’m so glad you are sticking with it- we need you! What is the

CBD product that you get from cbd&more? I want to take advantage of your 15% offer before it’s too late. Love you 😘

Thank you so much! 🙏

That sounds amazing, do you still have that collection?? There's just something about books. I remember a few years ago some friends of mine sold literally all their books at a garage sale saying "everything's digital now anyway." And I was like, "whaaaa?? noooooo"

Books should be cherished and kept forever or loaned out to friends and family.

The product I take now is the 2500mg and I love it. I take it every night before bed, and sometimes (a lot of times lately) if I am feeling extra stressed, I'll take a few extra drops in the morning as well. The nice thing is that you don't have to take a full dropper, so you can take as much or as little as you want to start out, and if you're only taking part of the dropper, it will last you a lot longer and is a better value than the lower milligram bottle.

Here's the link just for convenience sake https://www.cbdandmor.com/kate and the promo code is Kate15

I’m new at commenting on this platform, I hope I do it right! Thanks for the details, Kate. I just ordered some. I love MORINGA - drinking some tea now! We had way too many books - my folks probably gave them away when they sold our house? We had 2 huge built in bookcases that were 4 books deep 😳 I don’t save all I read because I have a small house, but my daughter is a book hoarder and will end up sleeping standing up in her room due to books taking over the space 😆

What a wonderful writer you are. I read a lot of books also. But I can only read when not watching after my 86 year old mother. I hate that you are not on Badlands anymore. I have always heard there is a reason for everything. Just remember we cannot control how people think or what they say. I know it was hard on you and still is but you will do fine. We are all individuals and we need to forge our own paths, people (good and bad) are put in our paths for a reason. We may not know what that reason is at the time but we can grow from those experiences. Take care Kate. I am a silent watcher and listener. I just wanted to let you know you have a great heart.

Hi Kate. I can relate to the Twighlight Zone illustration, for sure! And I've experienced that when I journal (something I used to do a lot but lost somehow along the way), things inside of me become so much clearer. So, this offering inspires me to journal again. Lately I've found myself sitting with blank page and pen in hand...but....nothing comes. Probably a fear thing. A perfectionism thing. I'll have to reflect and take action. Thanks! P.S.: I ordered the CBD....it is on it's way. Yay!

I've always loved to read! And I can put my thoughts down on paper way better than I can ever articulate them. I look forward to future substacks from you!

Excellent article Kate! I love to read also. It's one of my favorite things to do. I spent every weekend going to bookstores as a kid. I loved every minute of it. Also I really resinated with your article about finding your purpose. It one of the things I have been struggling with most for awhile now. Thank you for reminding me that I am not alone and not to give up. You have a real talent for writing and connecting with people. Don't ever change! Looking forward to your next article. ❤️😊

Oh the things I've neglected due to be deeply engrossed in a good book. Reading with hot tea and cookies is one of my guilty pleasures. Reading is a must in my life, I've ALWAYS got a book going. Nice to read from you Kate!!

Thank you Kate. Yes inspiring.

I tend to be a woman of few words, unless in a trusted smaller group, within a “role” of a gathering or in pursuit of a focused writing.

I agree with the comments encouraging you, in your writing skills. They exceed your expressed perception of them.

Looking forward to seeing your ongoing growth. 🥂
