First, I want to apologize for my recent absence. I needed some time to process everything and collect myself, and frankly, I had no words to express what I was going through. Nor could I honestly come out and say, “Don’t worry about me, guys. I’ll be fine and I’ll be back.” I've both seen and heard some of you express concern for me or show that you care about and support me. That has been so meaningful to me that I can't even tell you. But I do owe you not staying in the shadows. I made a promise that I would never abandon my post trying to help, no matter what. I’ve even quite brazenly stated the only thing that could ever stop me was if I were dead. Well, as luck would have it, here I am. Still with air in my lungs.

I'm sorry to see you leave the badlands group. I always enjoyed your spirit and sense of fun and such a bright spot whenever you appeared. I understand that things don't always work out and how hard that can be when you've put your whole heart and soul into something. (Am I allowed to say that it's not fair, even though I don't know what happened? Doesn't matter, that's how I feel.)
It's apparent you are the kind of person who leads with their heart - and I feel for you on that front. It can be hard but it can also be very rewarding to take on life with that kind of open-ness.
I'm sure I'm only one of thousands who will miss you very much. Please know that you made an impact. I am living so much more healthily now, thanks to you. I have changed so many things. I thank you for that.
So, girl, get back out there and shine. Like you were meant to do.
Kate, I'm relatively new to Badlands, Attended GART in Irvine. It was clear to me that the spirituality section to start the GART off came from you. Brilliant, that start set the stagee for the whole event to open everyone up to the possibilities. I don't know all of the bits and pieces, but quite frankly it's non of my business. You don't have to justify or explane anything to me. I'm just glad and proud of you for climbing back on the horse that bucked you off and not staying down. Greater things than that you will do, I have no doubts in that. Personal relationships and business don't normally mix well. Learn from this and keep open to the opportunities that present themselves to you. You are honest and have integrity from what I've seen. Those will take you where you need to go... Don't stop believing in yourself, you are enough and worthy of more... Peace...

Just my personal opinion: I first found Jon and "Devolution" by chance and then watched as Badlands was created. I found myself addicted and spending most of my life watching the very long shows. I quit about a year ago to get back to my real life. I saw some content "personalities" getting too big for their britches and egos inflated to the point of being obnoxious ( and it is getting worse). This movement is about SAVING OUR COUNTRY but some are in it for $$$, "fame" and "predictions" Some assume they KNOW exactly what is going on. The truth is--it is ALL speculation at this point. I still read opinions but use my own intuition to say "that's bs" POINT is: Trust in GOD alone! HE has this and wins in the end. All others claiming to know anything are fooling themselves. Things happen for a reason and there are brighter days in store for you away from this toxic situation. Your son should be #1 for you. Be strong and trust in God alone!!
So true. A few have regressed to teenage boy banter and language. Hard to take their political and cultural opinions seriously when they act this way. You can clearly tell who is a true adult at this point. Egos are out of hand. That never works out well. Kate, maybe you were spared. Love you
I had this EXACT SAME EXPERIENCE. After I had watched for a year or so I knew enough to notice how so many discussions just silly and when people who can think and discern like you and me would push back in chats and comments they double down on the nonsense. Arrogant. That’s when I dropped all those shows. Like you say getting worse. Shouldn’t Badlands be growing not shrinking? And I don’t know what happened or Kates part in it - but the pain she’s in - what kind of people cause that?

I started following you a long time ago, well before Badlands, (way back when the EOW guys introduced you to their show and I’m like I like her already!!) and knew your genuineness and authenticity was needed. So I knew of and watched your show before I found a lot of these other content creators! Your shows just felt like a comfortable place to regroup, and I needed that. Then I watched as you helped create We the Media and Badlands and was proud of you, and thought it was so cool what the universe brought together in you all! I am not sure what you’ve gone through here, but my heart goes to you for experiencing such a massive shift and loss and I admire your strength. You’ll be VERY missed on Badlands and for whatever reason this is one of those things where everything happens for some reason we don’t know yet, but it’s always highest outcome so you have nothing to be afraid of. And this is one of those experiences that will make you grow beyond what you’ve previously believed is possible. Water always meets its level and you’ll always end up with the right people at the right place at the right time. Stay strong and of the purpose you know you have, that inside of you doesn’t change no matter the storm. People see your light and what you have to offer, all the right people will find their way to you, keep going Kate!!!💜the world loves you and needs you out there! I have been through a lot too, and nothing can separate me from God because I know He is with me in the good and the bad. I've been sick for a very long time, but I am so stubborn in my faith, that even though not many believe I will ever get better, I believe I will.
